Everyone loves to receive a gift on their anniversary. While your significant other might offer you flowers or chocolates, your credit card issuer has other things in mind to keep you happy. The right credit card can provide bonus points, free hotel nights, or even a companion airfare certificate just for renewing your card membership each year.

So if you are looking for a credit card that continuously rewards you for being a cardholder, consider these that offer valuable anniversary bonuses.

British Airways Visa Signature® Card

Cardholders of the British Airways Visa Signature® Card get a Travel Together Ticket good for two years, each year that you make $30,000 in purchases with your card. You can use this ticket as a second seat for a companion traveling with you on the same flight and in the same cabin. You get 3 Avios for each dollar spent with British Airways and 1 Avios for each dollar spent on all other purchases. New cardholders can earn a bonus of up to 120,000 Avios —  4 Avios points for each $1 spent on purchases for your first 12 months from account opening, or until you reach $30,000 in purchases, whichever occurs first. This card has no foreign transaction fees and an annual fee of $95.

Southwest Rapid Rewards® Premier Credit Card

Loyal Southwest Airlines flyers and cardholders of the Southwest Rapid Rewards® Premier Credit Card love the 6,000 bonus points given to them each year on their cardmember anniversary, worth approximately $100 toward Southwest flights in their lowest fare class. Cardholders also earn two points per dollar on purchases with Southwest Airlines and hotel and car rental partners, and one point per dollar spent on all other purchases. New applicants can earn up to 75,000 points. Earn 40,000 points after you spend $1,000 on purchases in the first 3 months your account is open. Plus, earn 35,000 points after you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first 6 months your account is open. Points never expire and your first two bags always fly free with Southwest. When booking flights with points, there are no change fees. This card has no foreign transaction fees and there is a $99 annual fee.
